In Williamsburg, VA, a really neat couple have introduced me to this scrumptious greek delicacy called "Finikia". It means walnut due to its shape resemble a walnut. The cookies are made of the regular flour, sugar etc. The key ingredient to distinguish this cookie from others is semolina which gives the crunch to this cookies. Just like many other greek desserts, this cookie get the finish in the honey bath. It can be keep at room temperature for days to come.
I have used the recipe posted on my all-time favorite site www.allrecipes.com.
